The motorhome with a living area of ca. 39m² on a double plot- ca 150 m² - features a living room with a pull-out sofa, a dining area and a kitchenette. The kitchen with a gas stove, microwave and refrigerator is fully equipped. Also a bedroom with two single beds, the beds have near-new mattresses, a bathroom with an infrared heater, a toilet, a shower cubicle next to it in the annex, where there is also a storage room as well as a fridge-freezer combination. Items for daily life such as a vacuum cleaner, bedding and towels complete the package.

A covered terrace offers relaxation outdoors. A small tool shed in the garden for a lawn mower and various tools is available, the garden can be watered practically. In the garden an optional solar shower can be set up!

The motorhome is clad with aluminum panels, which makes maintenance of the motorhome easier.

An air conditioner provides cooling on hot summer days and for colder days there is an electric heater available. TV with a satellite dish is also available.

A security deposit of 4000 euros is payable once and will be refunded after sale!

Furthermore there is an internet connection with WLAN.

For leisure activities many excursion destinations are available, such as the nature zone “Hölle” near Illmitz, wildlife viewing in the National Park, the visit to St. Martins Therme and much more.

Medical care: a general practitioner, a dentist, an orthopedic clinic at Zicksee, as well as a veterinarian

Local amenities: bakery, Trafik, various supermarkets in the neighboring town Frauenkirchen

Infrastructure: kindergarten and primary school, bank branch

Accessible from Vienna: via the A4 by car – about 1 hour or by train or bus
