Here I am building my own home - on the sunny plateau of Lake Millstatt, where many guests spend their holidays and enjoy nature as well as the beautiful landscape.

The building plot with the designation residential building land with approx. 1.256 m² plot area is accessible via the Obermillstätter Landesstrasse. The plot itself is to be developed via a right of way. (The development costs of the path are either borne by the seller or taken into account in the purchase price.) Tschierweg belongs to the market municipality of Millstatt am Millstätter See and is located at an altitude of around 800 - 840 m above sea level, which opens up a wide view over the lake and the surrounding mountains from many points.

Numerous hiking and cycling opportunities in the surrounding area. (Millstätter Alm, Granattor, Hüttenrundwanderweg etc.)

Lake Millstatt is one of the most beautiful and deepest lakes in Carinthia. Ideal for swimming, stand-up paddling, sailing or simply relaxing.

Famous collegiate church in Millstatt with international music weeks, guitar festival, 1st Carinthian bathhouse, boat tours, selected gastronomy and one of the most beautiful golf courses in Carinthia.

Active club life, good infrastructure, regular bus connections to the railway to Spittal a. d. Drau.

15 min. to the Tauern motorway.
