The property is located in the approximately 370-inhabitant village of Fahrafeld in the municipality area of the market town Pottenstein.

The property borders to the southwest on the service road of the heavily trafficked Hainfelder Street. To the northeast the property adjoins the forest and on the other sides to built-up neighboring plots. In the direction of northeast the property is situated on rising terrain.

According to the land register extract the property has a total area of 583m² and is not entered in the boundary cadastre, boundaries and area are therefore not secured. The actual area can only be determined by a survey.

The property has the zoning Building land - residential area; according to the municipality it can be developed in accordance with the Lower Austrian Building Code; there is no development plan for the area.

According to the Market Municipality Pottenstein, the property is considered developed. In the case of an approval-required alteration of the existing building or a new development of the property, the municipality would require an Ergänzungsabgabe for the development and possibly sewer charges.

The property is developed with a single-storey residential building and a shed. In the shed mentioned above there is an old toilet and a bathtub. On the north side, ground-level basement rooms adjoin the building.

The building was probably erected about 100 years ago; there are no records of its construction with the municipality. In 1968 the addition of a sales room on the street side was carried out.

The house has wooden windows and was heated with a single stove.
