The buyer bears all costs of the reversal.
• Declaration as a building plot & development costs: Each buyer undertakes to have the plot officially declared a building plot within two months after registration in the land register has been completed. The development costs prescribed by notice of the market municipality of Niederhollabrunn must be paid on time.
• Primary residence & contractual penalty: Pursuant to Section VIII of the purchase agreement, after completion of the house, the primary residence must be maintained continuously for at least 5 years. If this period is not met, an indexed contractual penalty of € 26,30 per m² will be charged. In demonstrable cases of hardship, the market municipality of Niederhollabrunn may refrain from asserting this penalty on a case-by-case basis.
