Terms & Legal Framework:

• Purchase price: The current price per square metre is € 151,10 per m².
• ´Building obligation: There is a clear building obligation within 5 years. The building application must be submitted within 3 years of registration in the land register. The construction project must be completed within a further 2 years. In the event of non-compliance, the plot must be transferred back to the Marktgemeinde Niederhollabrunn (or a named third party) at the original purchase price, without indexation or interest. The buyer bears all costs of the reversal.
• Building plot designation & development costs: Each buyer undertakes to have the plot officially designated as a building plot within two months of registration in the land register. The development costs prescribed by notice of the Marktgemeinde Niederhollabrunn must be paid on time.
• Primary residence & contractual penalty: In accordance with Section VIII of the purchase agreement, after completion of the house, the primary residence must be maintained continuously for at least 5 years. If this period is not met, an indexed contractual penalty of € 26,30 per m² will apply. In verifiable cases of hardship, the Marktgemeinde Niederhollabrunn may, on a case-by-case basis, waive enforcement of this penalty.
