Plot with well maintained income house, purchase price on request

The broker is acting as a dual agent.

The two-family house built on the property is in well-maintained condition. It houses a veterinary practice rented out for a limited term [a contract extension would be desired] and the owner’s apartment. Upon request, the owner & seller of the property would also continue using (renting) the apartment for a limited term. This allows the buyer to generate rental income either permanently or until specific construction plans are implemented. The current rental income is stated without the rental proceeds from the apartment.
