New build apartment ski in ski out with lake house

The Schleichalm is located in the ski area of Sankt Johann on the Kitzbüheler Horn. It is a true jewel. Inspired by the vision to create a unique living concept for nature lovers, the Schleichalm was developed as the perfect starting point for all kinds of summer and winter sports in the mountains – ski-in/Ski-out and designation as a recreational residence included. The Alm sits secluded on a generous plot of nearly 3.000 square meters, surrounded by woodland and green spaces as well as its own lake, nestled in the majestic Kitzbüheler Alps.

The design and atmosphere of the approved new-build project with a total living space of ca. 536 m² reflect those of traditional alms with luxurious fittings. The on-site lake is an oasis of relaxation, and the nearby ski slopes prove to be extremely practical. To fully utilize the privilege of this unique location, generous outdoor areas, a lakeside house and several sun terraces were planned.

In the upper level is the open-plan living and dining area, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view. The generously designed kitchen features a separate service area. From the west-facing terrace, there is a wonderful view over the on-site lake to the mountain world of the Kitzbüheler Alps.

The five sleeping accommodations with bathrooms are located on the ground floor. A generously designed space of over 70 m² can be used as a master suite. The master bedroom would have a bathroom with enough space for a bathtub, double washbasins and a shower, a separate toilet, a spacious wardrobe, as well as a fireplace and the north-facing terrace.

On the ground floor, around 100 m² of basement space could be used according to the individual preferences of the eventual owners.
