Currently, there is still an old villa on this property, whose "last hour" has apparently struck.

From a professional standpoint, at the present time the economic demolition viability exists, i.e., not feasible to renovate with economically sensible means. About 4 years ago MA 37 rejected a demolition because, from their view, the economic demolition viability did not exist at that time.
