Apartment in the historic center like new

In Eisenstadt, on Joseph Haydn Gasse, the Neue Eisenstädter, according to the plans of the architects Halbritter & Halbritter, is erecting a new Kolping-Generationen-Haus with 7 apartments and 10 student rooms.

For this, the old Kolpinghaus and the ancillary building, a former joinery, had to be demolished. The core of the building from the 16th century remains intact; a portal arch and the listed cross vault will be integrated into the new structure. With traditional building materials, box windows, and a pitched roof, the new building will integrate perfectly into the ensemble of listed, historic buildings on the Joseph Haydn Gasse.

The one-time financing contribution amounts to: EUR 6.000,00

The remaining EUR 6.433,82 will be regulated within the framework of an individualized deferral model.
