These workers' quarters are located in Traiskirchen, approximately 7 minutes' walk from the Badner Bahn. They consist of rooms (approx. 12-14m²) with a small bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The rental is extremely flexible, from 6 months to an unlimited period (with 1 month's notice).

The rent includes operating costs, including heating, including electricity, including hot water!!!

The rooms can be occupied alone (smaller rooms for 500,-) or by two people (for 550,--); all are simply and practically furnished, with a (double) bed with bed linen, refrigerator, hotplate, wardrobe, table and 2 chairs.

There is also a laundry room in the building.

When concluding the rental agreement, a deposit of 2 months' rent must be paid in cash.
