Senior apartments in Spillern - Comfort, independence, and a good sense of community

Live independently, enjoy daily life and still have the security of a community. All of this is connected by the apartments in Kanice Gasse 1. In the residential building there are a total of 17 'assisted living' apartments with a community room on the ground floor and a large communal rooftop terrace.

'Assisted living' is a special form of living for older people for whom independence, self-determination and safety are important.

The target group is, in particular:

• Older people
• People with light to moderate care needs (care allowance recipients, wheelchair users)
• People over 60 with poor housing conditions (no elevator, poor heating, remote location)
• Older people or people with disabilities who are recommended by mobile services due to a special social situation.
