Krems - Stein: extravagant, spacious rental apartment in one of the oldest heritage-protected houses in Stein

If you love the old and the special - vaults, alcoves, Gothic arches with historically significant background (used as town hall until 1701), then you will feel comfortable here.

This residential and commercial building on the old city wall of Stein is lovingly cared for by the owner, the building is preserved according to monument protection and equipped with artistically designed details with a special living feel.

Even the entrance area with its atrium is lovingly designed. The generous apartment is located on the 1st floor of the two-story house, and is accessed via the sunny terrace, which is very cozy due to the planting and leads to the winter garden. Both the kitchen and both rooms are south-facing, partly have vaults - as does the bathroom, which has been integrated into the rounded arches in sunny yellow. From the living room you can look over the small square to the Danube.

Despite the size of the apartment it is not really suitable for families. In addition to winter garden/entrance area, a small through-room into the kitchen and the bathroom, WC, bedroom and living room, there is also a basement room available. The terrace invites you to relax, especially since it is secluded in the sunny interior area of the house - it offers absolute quiet.

The property is heated electrically or additionally with a wood stove. Due to the thick walls and the sunny orientation the heating costs are modest.

For the kitchen there is an assignment fee of € 600,- provided, as a deposit 3 gross monthly rents to be deposited.
