In total, in the heart of Melk, 25 tasteful rental apartments were created, including one jointly used apartment with living areas of ca. 32 to ca. 69 m2, a beautiful community garden with views of the town and the abbey, bicycle parking spaces as well as car parking spaces.

The listed building has been preserved in coordination with the Federal Monuments Office; the house opened its venerable doors in June 2024.
