Living Plus im grünen Mödling

In the heart of the charming Vienna Woods at the foot of the Anninger there is a real jewel to discover in green Mödling. In Zone I of the building complex “Juwel im Grünen” a multifunctional building with sustainable energy supply is being created, in which a care facility for senior women and men is housed. The care is provided by Silberzeit GmbH (non-profit). A care fee is charged separately by the care organization.

The neighborhood store BILLA on the ground floor enables residents to have short distances for daily needs. The energy supply comes from a geothermal plant, which draws heat and cold from the ground. A PV installation on the roof can be used in addition to power production.
