In the heart of the charming Wienerwald at the foot of the Anninger, there is a true jewel to discover in the green Mf6dling. In Zone I of the building complex “Juwel im Grünen” a multifunctional building with sustainable energy supply is being created, in which a care facility for senior women and men is housed. The care is provided by Silberzeit GmbH (non-profit). A care fee is billed separately by the care organization.

The neighborhood grocer BILLA on the ground floor enables residents to have short distances when shopping for daily needs. The energy supply comes from a geothermal plant, which draws heat and cold from the ground. A PV system on the roof can also be used to generate electricity.
