In the charming Vienna Woods at the foot of the Anninger, there is a true jewel to discover in green Mf6dling. In Zone I of the building complex "Juwel im Grfcnen" a multifunctional building with sustainable energy supply is being developed, in which a care facility for senior women and men is housed. The care is provided by Silberzeit GmbH (non-profit). A care fee is billed separately by the care organization.

The BILLA grocery store on the ground floor enables residents to shop for daily needs with short trips. The energy supply comes from a geothermal plant, which draws heat and cold from the ground. A PV system on the roof can also be used for electricity production.
