In the heart of the enchanting Wienerwald at the foot of the Anninger, there is a true jewel to discover in green Mf6dling. In Zone I of the building complex “Juwel im Grünen” a multifunctional building with sustainable energy supply is being created, in which a care facility for senior women and men is housed. The care is provided by Silberzeit GmbH (non-profit). A care fee is charged separately by the care organization.

The local grocery store BILLA on the ground floor enables residents to have short paths for shopping the daily needs. The energy supply comes from a geothermal plant that draws heat and cold from the ground. A PV system on the roof can also be used for power production.
