In the middle of the enchanting Wienerwald at the foot of the Anninger, in green Mödling there is a true jewel to discover. In Zone I of the building complex “Juwel im Grünen” a multifunctional building with sustainable energy supply is being created, housing a care facility for senior women and men. The care is provided by Silberzeit GmbH (non-profit). A care fee is charged separately by the care organization.

The BILLA grocery store on the ground floor enables residents to have short distances for daily needs shopping. The energy supply comes from a geothermal plant that draws heat and cold from the ground. A PV system on the roof can also be used for electricity production.
