Terms – rent-to-buy

• Advance rent payment: 10%. It is credited proportionally over the rental period and thus reduces the monthly rent.
• Option fee: € 2.750, due upon conclusion of the contract. It is fully credited towards the purchase price upon purchase.
• Deposit: 4 gross monthly rents
• Rental period: 6 years
• Purchase option: from the 37th month, exercisable monthly. The unused portion of the advance rent payment is fully credited towards the purchase price.
