Terms – rent-to-buy

• Advance rent payment: 10%. It is credited proportionately over the rental period and thus reduces the monthly rent.
• Option fee: € 2.750, due upon conclusion of the contract. It is fully credited towards the purchase price upon purchase.
• Deposit: 4 gross monthly rents
• Rental period: 6 years
• Purchase option: from the 37th month, exercisable monthly. The unused portion of the advance rent payment is fully credited towards the purchase price.
• Value adjustment: according to the Consumer Price Index (VPI)
• Garage spaces: 2 parking spaces per apartment, € 75 gross monthly rent per parking space in addition to the apartment rent
