16 subsidized rental apartments in Stainz

The apartment is one of 16 subsidized by the State of Styria. The apartments have been comprehensively renovated and made available for long-term rental. The rent amounts, in the specific case, to 6,14 € per square meter over 15 years. The allocation of the apartments is based on the eco-social status of the tenants. For the project, 16 housing units ranging from 30 to 75 square meters are planned. The completion is planned for July 2025.

The apartments are distributed on the ground floor and on the first floor of a building. Each apartment is equipped with 1 terrace, 1 private garden or 1 balcony.

In addition, tenants have access to a large community garden with a view of the castle.

We note that between the intermediary and the third party to be mediated there exists a familial or economic close relationship.

The real estate agent explains that he – contrary to the usual business practice of dual agency in real estate – acts unilaterally only for the landlord.
