Die Wohnung wurde umfassend fachkundig restauriert und technisch auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Sie bietet zwei lichtdurchflutete große und hohe Räume mit Südfenstern und ein Schlafzimmer, ebenfalls mit Südfenstern. The first mention of Schloss Parz can already be found around 1340. In 1514 the manor house was built in its present form. The famous frescoes on the garden facade of Landschloss Parz date from around 1580 and are regarded both artistically and iconographically as a masterpiece of Austrian and South German Renaissance art.
