Assisted living apartments are intended for older people (from 70 years old) or also people with a slight need for help and care, who want a handicapped-accessible, individually furnished rental apartment.

The apartments are fully barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible and consist of an entrance hall, a spacious bathroom with a level-access shower and toilet (with supports), a bedroom and a nicely designed open-plan living-dining room including a kitchen area and with access to the loggia. Currently one apartment on the ground floor and one apartment on the 3rd floor (with lift) are available.

The stated rent already includes operating and administrative costs. The heating and hot water costs are additional and are billed directly by the commissioned meter-reading and billing company. Residents have access to a nicely designed communal room and in the outdoor area there are several parking spaces. The apartment also includes a basement storage room, which provides additional storage space. To ensure a certain level of security, registration for a call-for-help service as well as payment of a care surcharge is mandatory and to be paid in addition.
