The thick walls store the warmth in winter and help keep the living spaces pleasantly cool in summer. You enjoy the generously covered terraces as additional living space, on the ground floor with a garden. Shared neighborly get-together on the covered communal terrace with a kitchen - as long as the temperatures permit.

During cold outside temperatures you will appreciate the ceiling height of 2,80m in the bright and friendly living spaces, the oak parquet, the tastefully selected tiles and the kitchens equipped with high-quality appliances.

And if something breaks that can be repaired by yourself there is a room for it: a small workshop with its own entrance and natural daylight in the basement.

The favorite bicycle can be safely stored in the secured bicycle rooms and the electric car can be charged at home with the help of the house's photovoltaic system, which helps keep your operating costs as low as possible. Two charging stations are available.

Whether a box of chocolates or a washing machine. The transport of heavy and light items to all floors is conveniently possible via the larger-dimensioned lift.

All you need to bring is good mood. Almost.
