As a user of a serviced apartment in the TABA Tower, you benefit not only from the great location and the amenities of the building, but especially from the included services that are meant to make life in today’s world as comfortable as possible.

As the first point of contact on site there is the concierge, who is available to users Monday to Friday. In addition, the following services are included for the serviced apartments:

• TV and Internet
• Water, heating and room temperature control
• Electricity
• Mail and parcel service
• Key safe and individual locksmith services
• Home delivery to the fridge
• Coordination of laundry and ironing services
• Coordination of regular apartment cleaning
• Restaurant, hotel and cultural reservations / tickets
• Use of the fitness room
• Wash coins for the laundromat
• Own storage room in the basement

The apartments themselves are equipped with

• Wardrobe in the entrance area
• Bathroom including mirrored cabinet, wall heating, shower or bathtub
• Kitchen including refrigerator, freezer, induction ceramic hob, exhaust hood, oven with microwave function, dishwasher and partially integrated dining table
• Balcony in every living area including electric roller shutters, lighting, socket and water outlet

The whole offering is rounded off by a flat monthly usage fee and commission-free mediation.

Additionally, for a fee, further services such as glass/terrace/window cleaning service, shoe service, flower service, car management, massages, arranging a personal trainer, absence service, international service, individual translation tasks, seasonal offers (e.g., Christmas tree service), event organization, or similar can be booked.

This price applies to a usage period of at least 18 months. There is a price increase for shorter usage periods. The minimum usage duration of the serviced apartment is 2 months.
