The whole offering is rounded off by a flat monthly usage fee and commission-free mediation.

Additionally, for a fee, further services can be booked such as glass-/terrace-/window cleaning service, shoe service, flower service, car management, massages, arranging Personal Trainer, absence service, international service, individual translation tasks, seasonal offers (e.g., Christmas tree service), event organization or similar.

This price applies to a usage period of at least 18 months. Increase in charges for shorter usage periods. Minimum tenancy of the serviced apartment: 2 months.
