As the first point of contact on site there is the concierge, who is available to users from Monday to Friday. In addition, the following services are included for the serviced apartments:

• Key safe and individual key services
• Home Delivery to the fridge
• Mediation and coordination of laundry and ironing service
• Mediation and coordination of regular apartment cleaning
• Restaurant, hotel and culture reservations / tickets
• Use of the fitness room
• Washing coins for the laundromat
• Own storage room in the basement
• Bicycle storage

The apartments themselves are equipped with

• Wardrobe in the entrance area
• Bathroom incl. mirrored cabinet, wall heating, shower or bathtub
• Kitchen incl. refrigerator, freezer, induction ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven with microwave function, dishwasher and partially integrated dining table
• Balcony in every living area incl. electric roller shutters, lighting, power outlet and water outlet

The remaining furniture in the pictures serves as a furnishing proposal.

The whole offering is completed with a flat monthly usage fee and commission-free mediation.

Additionally, for a fee, further services such as glass-/terrace-/window cleaning service, shoe service, flower service, car management, massages, mediation of personal trainer, absence service, overseas service, individual translation tasks, seasonal offers (e.g., Christmas tree service), event organization or similar can be booked.

This price applies to a minimum usage period of 18 months. Price increase for shorter usage periods.
