As a user of a serviced apartment in the TABA Tower, one benefits not only from the great location and amenities of the building, but especially from the included services that are intended to make life in today’s times as comfortable as possible.

As the first point of contact on site, there is the concierge, who is available to users Monday to Friday. Furthermore, the following services are included for the serviced apartments:

• TV and internet
• Water, heating and room temperature control
• Electricity
• Mail and parcel service
• Key safe and individual locksmith services
• Home delivery into the refrigerator
• Placement and coordination of laundry and ironing service
• Placement and coordination of regular apartment cleaning
• Restaurant, hotel and cultural reservations / tickets
• Use of the fitness room
• Wash coins for the laundromat
• Own storage room in the basement

The apartments themselves are equipped with

• Cloakroom in the entrance area
• Bathroom incl. mirror cabinet, wall heating, shower or bathtub
• Kitchen incl. refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, extractor, oven with microwave function, dishwasher and partly integrated dining table
• Balcony in every living room incl. electric roller blinds, lighting, socket and water outlet

The entire offering is rounded off by a flat monthly usage fee and commission-free brokerage.

Additionally, for a fee, further services can be booked, such as glass/terrace/window cleaning service, shoe service, flower service, car management, massages, placement of personal trainer, absence service, foreign service, individual translation activities, seasonal offers (e.g. Christmas tree service), event organization or similar.

This price applies for a usage period of at least 18 months. Fee increase for shorter usage periods. Minimum usage period of the serviced apartment: 2 months.
