The apartments themselves are equipped with

• Wardrobe in the entrance area
• Bathroom incl. mirrored cabinet, wall heating, shower or bathtub
• Kitchen incl. refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven with microwave function, dishwasher and partially integrated dining table
• Balcony in every living room incl. electric exterior blinds, lighting, socket and water connection

The remaining furniture in the pictures serves as a furnishing suggestion.

The entire offer is rounded off by a flat-rate monthly usage fee and commission-free brokerage.

In addition, further services such as glass/terrace/window cleaning service, shoe service, flower service, car management, massages, arrangement of personal trainers, absence service, foreign service, individual translation services, seasonal offers (e.g. Christmas tree service), event organisation or similar can be booked for an additional charge.

This price applies to a usage period of at least 18 months. Fee increase for a shorter usage period.
