The rental price (from 629€) already includes the costs for electricity, heating, and internet!

A deposit of €750 and the usage fee must be paid before moving in.

For stays of 2–3 months, the full amount is due in advance.

From 4 months onward, payment in two parts is possible – the first 3 months upfront, the rest by the end of the third month.

For 12-month stays, payment can be made in up to 4 parts – each paid every 3 months in advance.

Monthly payments are not possible. If you have any questions, we’re happy to discuss the details with you.

Thanks to the prepaid rental model, no income proof is required. Simply pay a security deposit of €750, settle the rent for your desired rental period, and avoid bureaucratic hassle.
