The apartment is located in a comprehensively renovated new building on the 3. floor with an elevator.

The unit is fully equipped (satellite TV, dishes, cutlery, towels, bed linen, toilet paper, pots, pans...) and is possible at any time from now.

The stated price refers to the price per night for use by 2 people.

The minimum rental period is 5 days, the currently maximum stay duration in the apartment is limited to 60 days.

Individual periods can be requested separately.

A final cleaning fee of EUR 40,- is added to the total price.

The apartment is very bright and friendly, is located in a central residential area and presents itself in good condition!

The apartment is very well accessible by public transport:

• • Bahnhof Meidling: approx. 8 minutes on foot away
  • Bus lines 63A and 8A: approx. 2 minutes on foot away
  • S-Bahn Hetzendorf: approx. 7 minutes on foot away

All facilities of daily needs (supermarket, pharmacy, doctors...) are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity.

In total we have several such units scattered in Vienna (1030 - 1120 Vienna). These normally have 1-2 rooms and between 35 - 60m².
