Anteroom and room with tiled floor, gas central heating. The apartment is only a 3-minute walk from the U6 station Gumpendorfer Straße. Also the tram lines 6 and 18 are in close proximity. The U4 station Margaretengürtel is also only a few minutes away. Everything is included in the monthly rent, you don't have to worry about anything and you can enjoy your time here.

It is not possible to register a primary residence here. The short-term apartments can be rented by commuters (without a primary residence in Vienna) or by people from abroad.

Upon move-in there is a one-time end-cleaning fee of €200 to be paid.

If the entire rent amount for all months is prepaid, there is a 5% discount.
