Combine office, storage and additional commercial areas

Are you looking for storage with an office or do you need additional space for your business? In addition to Property 915, offices as well as additional storage and production areas are available for rent by arrangement. This gives the location the prospect of bundling business functions and renting additional areas if required.

The additional areas are not included in the stated rent. Scope, current availability and terms will be agreed separately. Production or workshop uses require an assessment of the respective area, the landlord’s consent and, where applicable, the required permits.

Monthly costs

• Net rent: 85 m² × 5,00 € = 425,00 €.
• Net operating costs: 85 m² × 3,90 € = 331,50 €.
• Net total: 756,50 €; 20 % VAT: 151,30 €.
• Total monthly burden: 907,80 € including operating costs and VAT.
• Deposit: 2.723,40 € (three total monthly payments).
• Agreed commission: two gross monthly rents pursuant to § 24 IMV, therefore 1.513,00 € plus 302,60 € VAT, totaling 1.815,60 €. Rental turnover tax is not part of the commission basis. In the case of a fixed term of less than two years, the lower statutory maximum commission applies.

The scope of included consumption costs and any applicable tenancy agreement fee will be clarified before the contract is concluded.
