FRIENDS Bar in Friesach sucht neuen Mieter

The premises cover approximately 240m² of indoor space, divided into the bar area, a guest area, and a kitchen area.

Additionally, a wired winter garden of about 40m² and a terrace of about 40m² were installed.

The bar is in operable condition.

All areas are fully furnished and offer room for about 150 guests to relax and celebrate.

This wonderful gastronomic venue in Friesach, lies inside the city moat, which is unique in Central Europe.

The venue is well established and was operated exclusively in the summer months in the last 3 years. Under the name “Friends” the concept “Cocktail & Burger” was introduced.

Great care was taken to create a pleasant, relaxed and friendly atmosphere to do justice to the name of the venue. Regular events such as live DJs or karaoke nights were also held.

This special concept was very well received by locals as well as guests from the surrounding towns.

Friends Friesach belongs to the 700 best bars in the German-speaking area, which has also been confirmed by many awards. Ultimately, the bar was awarded two cocktail bowls in the Falstaff Barguide 2023.

• 1x T-AMP A4/250 (4-channel amplifier, 4x 250W/8 Ohm, 20-20kHz)
• 1x T-AMP TSA4/700 (4-channel amplifier, 4x 490W/8 Ohm, 20-20kHz)
