Modern logistics park south of Vienna Wohnung

35 kilometers south of Vienna’s city limits, this industrial and logistics park currently under construction is located. The connection to the A2 is possible without passing through any built-up area, at a distance of around 2 km.

A state-of-the-art new building with a planned hall area of approx. 33,970 m² is being constructed on a 73,820 m² plot. The construction phases allow for subdivision into hall sections starting at around 5,830 m², up to larger units or complete use. Completion of the new-build areas is planned for Q1 2024.
