For sale is an ongoing natural stone business including inventory, equipment and customer base. The business premises are rented. The rental is offered exclusively in connection with the takeover of the business.

The business sources natural stone from Zhytomyr and Italy. Orders come through its own website and from stonemasonry businesses, funeral companies and kitchen studios in Vienna. Processing and installation are handled by partner companies; own stone-processing machines are not required.

The owner runs the business alone; no employees are employed. An assistant can be hired upon request: A candidate with industry experience and fluent German is available.

Purchase price and handover. Total purchase price (transfer fee): €150,000 net. Of this, €95,000 is payable upon handover. A further €55,000 is intended for the remaining inventory; payment from the sale of the inventory within six months is planned. Payment terms and the handling of unsold goods will be agreed in the purchase agreement.

The seller will accompany the handover on site for one month and will subsequently be available for questions for at least three months.

According to the seller’s model calculation, active advertising and the owner’s involvement result in a monthly surplus of approximately €2,500 after operating costs and before taxes. The calculation basis and financial documents will be disclosed after signing a confidentiality agreement.

The lease runs until 30.09.2030. An extension is possible by agreement with the landlord. The transfer of the lease requires the landlord’s consent as well as a KSV report.
