We offer garages in different sizes from 14-40 sqm. Suitable for bicycles, motorcycles, caravans, classic cars, furniture or other treasures. Our facility is under video surveillance and each individual garage is equipped with a fire alarm. The site is additionally secured with 2 barrier gates!

• Size of the entry gates:

Large garages: Width 300cm / Height 350cm

Small garages (15,4 m²): Width 120cm / Height 200cm

• Costs:

Garages with 14 m² - € 130,- / month

Garages with 24 m² - € 225,-/ month

Garages with 28 m² - € 265,- / month

Garages with 40 m² - € 350,- / month

Prices include operating costs, proportional electricity and 20% VAT.

Deposit 5 months' rent

• Proportional electricity €20/month included (if usage exceeds this, it will be charged 1x/year) !!

In every garage there is a power outlet and an LED lamp!

1-2 keys for the garage and remote transmitters for the gates will be handed over.
