Fully equipped apartment with business takeover

A fully operational laundry business is available for takeover against a transfer fee, including the entire machinery and the adapted lease agreement for the warehouse. The existing equipment enables a washing capacity of up to one tonne of laundry per day, whereby the business may be operated on all seven days of the week. In addition, an established customer base is transferred, allowing for an immediate entry into the ongoing business.
