In the south of Vienna, directly at the Wiener Neudorf motorway exit, lies the industrial center NÖ-Süd. The site offers a direct connection to the A2-Südautobahn and, via the A21, to the Westautobahn. The center of Vienna is reachable via the Südautobahn or via the B17 and the Triester Straße.

The generously designed buildings are grouped around the headquarters and the parking garage. By mid-1998, a total of five construction phases of the WALTER Business-Parks were realized. Access to the up to 9,00 m high storage spaces is from two sides, with deliveries possible on ground level as well as via ramps.
