An former furniture wholesale warehouse in the south of St. Pölten is available for small-scale rental. Units from ca. 2.000m² up to ca. 65.000m² are available for rent with immediate occupancy. The hall segments were constructed in several construction phases and have varying ceiling heights and equipment.

Parts of the hall are basemented; some mezzanine floors for storage on multiple levels have also been installed. High floor load capacities of several tons/m² are present on all levels.

Access to the hall is possible from two sides (Cross Dock). A multitude of truck ramps as well as access ramps for driveability of the hall are available.

A rail connection up to inside the hall is also available; this can be reactivated after consultation with the landlord.
