Pricing for long-term monthly rent

Long-term use for the establishment of your own event location including gastronomy area, hall, garden and other areas on request:

• Net rent: 4,500 €
• Operating costs: € 2.35/m² net

The operating costs amount to approx € 2.35/m² net and are calculated depending on space requirements (gastronomy area, hall, other areas).

Overnight accommodations: For guests who want to stay longer, our self-check-in apartments are available. These can be booked via Booking.com, Airbnb or directly on our homepage.
