We are renting out our fully equipped inspection hall for buses, trucks, passenger cars, heavy trailers, motorcycles and other types of vehicles. The hall is currently still operated by us. An operating-facility permit as well as approval from the provincial government are available.

With a length of 27 m, a width of 6,50 m and a ceiling height of 4,20 m, the hall offers around 175,5 m² of space. The equipment includes LED lighting, high-voltage and standard power, an electric entrance gate, an air-source heat pump for heating and mechanical ventilation.

🤝 Existing customer base and additional order opportunities

We also offer the takeover or continued support of our existing regular customer base. In addition, our own fleet can provide regular monthly orders. No revenue guarantee is given.

• A complete office
• Several small storage areas – depending on requirements

Many advantages directly on the premises:

• An electric forklift is available for shared use.
• The washing hall with an oil separator can also be used – only operating costs are charged for this.
• Sanitary and shower facilities as well as heated lounge areas are also available for shared use.

The premises can be reached via a private access road with a barrier system and offer access around the clock, seven days a week.

There is also an approved paint booth in the immediate vicinity with fair and favorable conditions.
