The rental property

Caipirinha, Aperol Sprizz, beer – and much more could soon be served over the bar here again. For 17 years the commercial premises operated as a cocktail bar – and as such it was awarded many times by Falstaff.

Conditions

Net rent: EUR 1.750,- (base rent EUR 1.250,- + inventory rent EUR 300,- + operating costs in advance EUR 200,-) plus 20% VAT.

For the 1st and 2nd rental year 20% discount: minus EUR 310,-

Thus net rent for the 1st and 2nd rental year: EUR 1.240,- + operating costs on account: EUR 200,- + 20% VAT: EUR 288,-

Gross total rent: EUR 1.728,- (incl. operating costs and 20% VAT)

Electricity and gas will be registered and billed separately by the tenant.

Deposit (calculated on the rent price WITHOUT discount): EUR 6.300,- incl. VAT.

Commission (calculated on the rent price WITHOUT discount): 3 BMM = EUR 5.250,- plus 20% VAT.

The lease agreement tax is borne by the tenant.
