The centerpiece of the equestrian facility is a riding hall with approx. 800 m² of space, enabling year-round riding regardless of weather and season. Directly attached is a stable building with 6 boxes and sufficient space for hay storage; the total area of the stable building including boxes is approx. 150 m². A total of ten spacious boxes are available for the horses – six large indoor boxes and four large outdoor boxes and a horse washing area. The property is complemented by eight paddocks as open-air parking spaces as well as extensive outdoor pasture areas of approx. 10,000 m², offering ample exercise. The access road around the hall, boxes and lounge is fully asphalted, ensuring convenient accessibility even in bad weather. 3 to 4 outdoor parking spaces are available for visitors and users. The facility also includes a cozy lounge with a small forecourt or terrace and its own separately accessible WC.

The stable building, riding hall, all outdoor areas, the lounge, the boxes, horse washing area, parking spaces and access areas are rented or leased as a complete package. The operating costs already include electricity, water, waste disposal, insurance, winter service, property tax, mowing of the outdoor areas and administration costs. There is also the option of having straw or bedding provided.
