Approximately four kilometers north of the site is the transport hub A2/A9, at which the logistically important traffic routes A2 (Italy-Austria-Hungary-Slovakia-Czech Republic) and A9 (Germany-Czech Republic-Austria-Slovenia-Croatia) intersect.
