Condition and equipment

The gastro and bar establishment is in well-maintained condition and is already comprehensively equipped for ongoing operations. The transfer fee of € 75.000,- includes the existing premises equipment, inventory and furnishings as well as the existing brand including graphics, website, logo and other advertising materials.

Existing business structures and processes, goodwill, the development of the location, training and the already filled appointment calendar are also transferred. This enables a successor tenant to build on an existing operational basis and take over and further develop the location without a complete new setup.
