This hunting district is awarded from the hunting year 2021 with a flat-rate cull principle agreement. With a little over 2.000 ha this part of the district is a hunting district of a larger forestry enterprise. It is easily accessible on foot and lies in the midst of a larger game management association, which is known for the mutual trust of its members and the remarkable quality of its red deer populations.

The stated roe deer population is given as ca. 100 animals. Chamois come into the district only in winter as small herds. Wild boar are resident game and are hunted at some approved baiting sites or year-round when encountered. The capercaillie population fluctuates in the district and amounts to ca. ten birds on two lekking sites. Black grouse are indeed sighted, although only in very small numbers. The hunting lodge is located in a very beautiful location.

In the event of the conclusion of a legal transaction, the brokerage commission is 5% of the rent attributable to five years for an indefinite lease term; for a fixed lease term of up to six years 5% of the rent attributable to the lease term, each plus 20% VAT. For the brokerage of accessories an additional 3% of the value plus 20% VAT.
