In the heart of the Tyrolean Oberland, near the border with Italy and Switzerland, a forward-looking commercial park is being created. VIA³ in Pfunds offers space for your ideas.

The completion of the project is planned for spring 2027.

Flexible rental spaces are being created on the site – from modern offices to workshops to storage and parking spaces. Whether for businesses, craftsmen or private individuals: VIA³ offers space for work, projects and personal ventures.

The offer is supplemented by a modern car wash with several wash boxes – usable for tenants and the entire region.

Workshop boxes

The flexible workshop boxes in the Pfunds commercial park offer the ideal solution for craft businesses, tinkerers, small companies or private users looking for functional space for their projects. Electricity and water are available, access is conveniently via large roller doors with integrated door and enables particularly practical working, storage and deliveries.

The size of the workshop boxes ranges from 78 m² to 160 m² and can also be connected to each other if required.

Barrier-free toilets as well as a lounge area with a small kitchenette and coffee machine are available on the ground floor of the office building. Parking spaces and a car wash directly at the building usefully complement the offer.

Particularly practical: The workshop boxes are partly equipped with their own electricity meters, so that billing is carried out directly to the tenant according to actual consumption. If no separate meter is available, consumption is allocated according to an agreed flat rate or per square meter.
