The office spaces in VIA³ create a professional environment for focused and efficient work. Whether as a single office, for smaller teams or as a meeting room – the spaces are flexibly usable and can be ideally combined with workshop boxes or storage areas if required. This creates exactly the space you need for your company, your daily operations or your projects.

The offices are handed over unfurnished and can be individually furnished according to your wishes. With a usable area from 14 m² to 24.5 m², the units are particularly suitable for compact, functional workplace solutions in a modern commercial environment.

The equipment includes barrier-free access to the office and sanitary area thanks to an integrated lift, existing internet and power connections as well as lounge areas with kitchenette and coffee machine on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor. Parking spaces and the car wash directly at the building complement the offering. Bright rooms additionally ensure a pleasant working atmosphere.

Particularly interesting: Our meeting space, which is open to everyone and can be rented by the hour for workshops, seminars and lectures. The room is located on the 2nd floor and covers approx. 61 m². In addition, a separate storage room and a small terrace are available.
