• Storage area 2: 350 m² heated storage area*, monthly rent: 5,80 €/m² + heating/heat pump extra + VAT.
• Storage area 3: 4.000 m² paved outdoor area, monthly rent: 1,80 €/m² + VAT.
• Storage area 5: 1 x 3 floors with 410 m² cold storage area each, ceiling load 1,5 tons/m², cold storage area with industrial lift, monthly: 5,80 €/m² + VAT.
• Storage area 6: 1 x 1.500 m² floor cold storage area, ceiling load 1.5 tons/m², only accessible with transport lift, monthly 5,80 €/m² + VAT.
• Office*: approx. 14 m² + communal kitchen and sanitary facilities, WLAN, Internet, heated, incl. cleaning; monthly: 12,90 €/m² + VAT + proportionate operating costs for sanitary facilities; office space only available in connection with renting storage space.

Additionally to the rental space, staff of the logistics company along with a 5-ton forklift are available at the following prices:
